Pokémon Platinum, to be released in Japan as Pocket Monsters Platinum (ポケットモンスタープラチナ Poketto Monsutā Purachina), is an announced title in the Pokémon series of video games. It will be an enhanced remake of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, in the same vein as Pokémon Yellow, Crystal, and Emerald. In May 2008, Pokémon Platinum was announced on the official Pokémon website to be slated for an Autumn 2008 release in Japan. Release dates for other regions are currently unknown. The game will feature Giratina as its mascot and introduces its Origin Forme (オリジンフォルム Orijin Forumu), as seen in Giratina to Sora no Hanataba: Sheimi.

A. Probably not. I could be wrong, but I highly doubt it. Johto is pretty far from Sinnoh.
Q. So what's this I hear about Volkner?
A. Well, rumor has it that Volkner is being replaced, most likely by a new character. Currently, it is unknown as to whether or not he will be a part of the Elite 4. (But I doubt it).
Q. Does this mean Jasmine is going to be the new gym leader?!
A. Most likely not. It's probably a new character.
Q. What about the underground?
A. The underground is officially WiFi enabled now. That most likely means you can go underground with someone else.

A. It's Cyrus, the head of Team Galactic.
